Pathways
Pathways is the online education programme you will follow as you progress through Toastmasters. There are 11 specialised learning paths you can choose depending on your particular personal and professional development goals.
Each path is structured in a unique way to develop certain skills based on your areas of interest.
After joining the club, you will gain access to Toastmasters International where you can take a quick assessment to determine which path is best for you based on your selected preferences. From here, you can decide which path aligns best with your needs.
The path you select will contain speeches and tasks for you to complete at club meetings that are in alignment with your goals as a speaker and leader.
